About
Metamorphosis is a coaching program designed for individuals, organizations, and businesses focused on personal growth, authenticity, and meaningful paths.

The Metamorphosis program supports participants in their personal growth process in their professional and personal lives. The program’s mission is for participants to understand themselves, evolve their perspectives, and gain the tools to act on their true desires. Through collective workshops, Danai and Mytam transmit key concepts and practices, and offer a reflective space for participants to reconnect with their authentic selves and take the next steps towards their goals.
Our Approach
We are offering a program of 7 collective coaching sessions to support and inspire you in the next steps of your Life. The coaching sessions are in small groups, where we use a reflective, interactive and somatic approach to deepen our self awareness, identify where we can shift, and goal-set for our future.
Interactive
An interactive approach is founded on guided discussions and group activities, to complement the personal reflection process. We are inspired by the collective energy to enrich individual development.
Reflective
A reflective approach dives into your life experiences and cultures to know where to shift, and map your future vision and goals.
